Membership form to the Youth Coalition 2010-2011

As a member, I am committed to respect the general by-laws and the code of ethics of the organization (available in French only).

As a representative, I assert that I am authorized by the Board of Directors of my organization, project or association to represent my group to the Youth Coalition.

It is possible for my organization to come to Montreal, Québec (Canada) during fall to assist to the general annual meeting of the organization. (Date and location will be announced at least 21 days prior to the assembly).

Information importante

• The duration of the membership is one year, and expire on June 30th of each year.
• In the 21 days piror to the June 30, all members will receive a renewal notice by email.
• It is also possible to renew your membership at the general annual meeting.
• A member can withdraw from the corporation at any time by sending a written letter (email) or resignation to the organization.
• A member will lost his/her status if the member has not respected his/her obligations, infringes a by-law of the corporation, and/or practices any activity deemed unacceptable.
