Blossoming: youth leadership toolkit
WELCOME!
This project aims to strengthen the capacity and networks of 2ELGBTQI+ community organizations to promote equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people.
Our activities
We consulted the various leaders in the youth and 2SLGBTQI+ communities
We are sharing HR and knowledge transfer toolkit for the inclusion of 2SLGBTQI+ youth diversity
Including: finance resource clinic and our own strategic funding plan
We focused on improving the sustainability and smooth running of youth and 2ELGBTQI+ organizations, knowledge retention in 2SLGBTQI+ networks, the various systemic barriers to leadership positions that exist in communities, and the obstacles faced by the most marginalized people when they occupy positions of power.
