Coordination - Administration and Operations*
Hey, I’m root. I am responsible for consulting with the internal team (employees and the Board of Directors) in the management of their tasks, updating mission-related objectives, and writing reports and grant applications. I also manage accounting with the Treasury team. In support of the Board and project coordination, I also take part in the organization's representative role. Hi, my name is Charlie and I am here as an interim replacement for the administrative assistant at the Coalition. I help the team with various tasks, including grant and report writing, bookkeeping, translation, revision and support for specific projects. Coordinator of the Blossoming project
My name is Nat, and I am the interim coordinator of the Blossoming Project. As part of my role, I am leading consultations with LGBTQ2S+ individuals and community organizations across Québec to better understand their experiences and needs.
Using the insights gathered, I will create a report and a toolkit aimed at supporting community organizations in their work. This Fall, I will also be coordinating workshops and financial clinics. The project will conclude with a conference in March 2026, bringing together participants to share knowledge and strengthen connections.

My name is Shannon, and I am responsible for communications and managing the L’Asterisk project. I coordinate L’Asterisk's activities, the Gender Gear program, and the Leadership Grant.

The board of directors
The Board of Directors is the team elected‧ by/for the Coalition members during the Annual General Meeting. The BOD meets once a month. This team works in close collaboration with employees in the Administrative team to manage the treasury, human resources, operations reports, policies and other administrative decision-making. These members also get involved in supporting the projects they are passionate about.
The Board is committed to a non-hierarchical structure. The sharing of Board tasks is not role-dependant. The roles below are used symbolically and administratively.
