The board of directors‍ ‍

The Board of Directors is the team elected‧ by/for the Coalition members during the Annual General Meeting. The BOD meets once a month. This team works in close collaboration with employees in the Administrative team to manage the treasury, human resources, operations reports, policies and other administrative decision-making. These members also get involved in supporting the projects they are passionate about.

The Board is committed to a non-hierarchical structure. The sharing of Board tasks is not role-dependant. The roles below are used symbolically and administratively.

The board members are:

• Tsedal (she / he / they) - President

• Seriz (all pronouns) - Vice-President

• Annika (they/them) - General administrator
