Becoming a member offers you a supportive community, valuable resources, and opportunities for personal growth and organizational growth. Engaging in discussion develops leadership skills, and contributes to social justice efforts.

Objectives 2024 - 2025

Thursday 12 June 2025 2.30 pm to 4 pm on Zoom

  • We will share our collective visions to guide our realistic goals anchored in context.

  • If you are a member, you will receive the details to RSVP and regarding the Zoom link via e-mail. Fill in the membership form before the activity.

Who can become a member?

  • Groups, associations and organizations that provide services and resources to 2SLGBTQIA+ youth in Quebec

  • Young 2SLGBTIQ+

  • People who support the mission and 2SLGBTIQA+ youth in their work

  • Groups, associations and organizations that support the mission and 2SLGBTIQA+ youth in their projects in Quebec (example: youth organization or LGBTQ+ with services, resources or leadership opportunities by/for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth)

Responsibilities of the members

  • Commit to practice non-judgment towards the Coalition and its members;

  • Participate in mandatory meetings and activities.

Rights of members

  • Be informed of Coalition business;

  • Receive, upon request and during meetings, the most up-to-date statutes and rules of the Coalition;

  • Receive, upon request and during meetings, the most recent financial information of the Coalition;

  • Speaking, proposing and voting rights at general meetings;

  • If you engage in conduct deemed harmful or otherwise harmful, the Coalition Board of Directors will invite you to a meeting to assess and negotiate the impact of your actions on your membership status.

In an approach based on our values, we are committed to engaging with our members through:

  • Meet people/groups where they are (risk reduction and solidarity);

  • Show our successes and failures (accountability);

  • Support collaborations where the leadership of marginalized voices is valued (diversity, collaboration and self-determination).

To become a member

  • To become a member of the Coalition, you must complete the registration form.

  • To become a member is free, however donations are always welcomed!
