This project aims to strengthen the capacity and networks of 2ELGBTQI+ community organizations to promote equality for 2SLGBTQI+ people.

It will focus on improving the sustainability and smooth running of youth and 2ELGBTQI+ organizations, knowledge retention in 2SLGBTQI+ networks, the various systemic barriers to leadership positions that exist in communities, and the obstacles faced by the most marginalized people when they occupy positions of power.

The project will include consultations with various leaders in the youth and 2SLGBTQI+ communities, the development and distribution to members of HR and knowledge transfer guides for the inclusion of 2SLGBTQI+ youth diversity, the development of tools to ensure the sustainability of the organization and its members, such as grant-writing clinics and a strategic funding plan, and finally the holding of a conference to present the guides and results internally to the organization.
